19th Century natural history prints, specimen shells, weathered antlers, science class models, and vintage taxidermy all come under the curated vision of Kabinett & Kammer. Dedicated to a maximalist, masculine vision of the home, the store mixes old with older – primitive 19th century pieces next to Danish modern.
The shop in bucolic Andes, New York opened in 2007 and is a revolving display of Sean Scherer’s latest finds. Stop by to catch the most recent discoveries, learn about the objects and find inspiration for your home.
In 2011 Kabinett and Kammer also opened a two year pop up shop in Manhattan.
Shown here are archive images of the store’s past collections.
